In the past ten days, we have seen just one big fritillary, a wonderful but slightly beaten up Diana that came to enjoy the milkweed flowers and the marigolds Sunday afternoon around 5 o'clock. Even with his scars, he was magnificent to see. Last year we only saw it once, and fleetingly.

The Smith-Boeth Monarch Waystation was conceived by Rick and Stephanie as a place where Monarchs and other butterflies could find nectar, shelter, and a place to lay their eggs.
